SHIPPING FOR THIS PRINTED BOOK

Books are printed after the pre-order closes and mail in December 2026.

If you chose "Ship to me", UMT Coaching mails your book by USPS Media Mail to the address you entered at checkout. Shipping is already included in the price you paid, so there is nothing further to pay on delivery. You will get an email with a tracking number on the day it goes in the mail, and Media Mail normally takes 2 to 8 business days after that.

If you chose "Hand delivered by JB", nothing is mailed. JB brings your signed copy to you at a speaking engagement or event, and you will get an email telling you when and where. If we have not found an event in common by January 15, 2027, we will mail your copy to you at no extra charge.

Please check the mailing address on your order confirmation. If it is wrong, or if it changes, email info@umtcoaching.com before December 1, 2026 and we will update it. Printed books ship within the United States only at this time.
