Shipping policy

UMT Coaching, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides digital products and coaching services that are delivered electronically. This Shipping Policy explains how digital items, gift cards, and any future physical add‑ons are delivered to you. 

1. Digital Products (Instant Delivery) 

All digital products—including ebooks, digital workbooks, Excel templates, dashboards, videos, and downloadable bundles—are delivered instantly after purchase. 

You will receive your files through: 

  • A Download Files button on the order confirmation page 
  • An email with download links sent immediately after checkout 
  • Your customer account (if you created one) 

No physical shipping is required for digital products. 

If you do not receive your download email within a few minutes, check your spam or promotions folder or contact us at info@umtcoaching.com. 

2. Digital Gift Cards 

UMT Coaching gift cards are digital only and are delivered electronically. 

After purchase, you will receive: 

  • A digital gift card code via email 
  • Instructions for redeeming the gift card at checkout 

Gift cards are not shipped physically and do not incur shipping fees. 

Gift cards expire 12 months after the date of purchase.  

3. Coaching Services 

Coaching sessions and packages do not require shipping. 

After purchase, you will receive: 

  • A confirmation email 
  • Scheduling instructions 
  • Any relevant preparation materials 

All coaching services are delivered virtually (unless stated otherwise). 

4. Physical Products (If Introduced in the Future) 

If UMT Coaching introduces physical products in the future, the following will apply: 

  • Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout 
  • Delivery times will vary based on location and carrier 
  • Tracking information will be provided when available 
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses 

Any physical product policies will be updated here before launch. 

5. Incorrect Email or Delivery Issues 

If you entered an incorrect email address at checkout, your digital items may not be delivered properly. 

Please contact info@umtcoaching.com with: 

  • Your name 
  • Order number 
  • Correct email address 

We will resend your files promptly. 

6. Download Limits & Access 

Some digital products may include: 

  • Download limits 
  • Link expiration 
  • File access tracking 

These measures help protect our intellectual property and ensure fair use. 

If you lose access to your files, email us and we will assist you.  

7. International Access 

Digital products and gift cards can be purchased and accessed from anywhere in the world. 

No international shipping fees apply.
