UMT Coaching – License Agreement

Thank you for choosing UMT Coaching. Our mission is to empower individuals, couples, and purpose‑driven leaders with tools that create clarity, confidence, and long‑term legacy. To protect the integrity of our work and ensure fair use, this License Agreement outlines how our digital products may be used. 

By purchasing, downloading, or accessing any UMT Coaching digital product, you agree to the terms below. 

1. Overview of License Types 

All digital products sold by UMT Coaching, including ebooks, digital workbooks, Excel templates, planners, dashboards, videos, and downloadable guides, are licensed, not sold. Your purchase grants you a Personal License unless otherwise stated. 

Commercial use is not included and is strictly prohibited. 

2. Personal License (Default License) 

The Personal License grants one individual (or one couple/partner) the right to use the purchased digital product for personal growth, planning, organization, and clarity. 

Under the Personal License, You MAY: 

  • Download the files to your personal devices 
  • Print copies for your own use 
  • Use the materials for your estate planning, personal development, financial management, life, or business planning 
  • Use the materials inside your own small business if you are the sole user and the materials are for internal use only 

Under the Personal License, You MAY NOT: 

  • Share the files with other individuals, clients, teams, or groups 
  • Redistribute, upload, or publish the files anywhere online 
  • Sell, resell, or include these materials in your own products or services 
  • Use the materials in workshops, coaching programs, or group settings 
  • Claim the content as your own 
  • Transfer your license to another person 

If you need to use the materials with clients, teams, or groups, a Commercial License is required. 

3. Commercial Use Is Prohibited 

Commercial use includes (but is not limited to): 

  • Using the materials with coaching clients 
  • Using the materials in paid programs, workshops, or courses 
  • Distributing worksheets or templates to others 
  • Incorporating UMT Coaching content into your own products 
  • Sharing files with employees, contractors, or team members 

UMT Coaching does not permit commercial use under the Personal License. 

4. Sharing Restrictions 

Your purchase is licensed to one individual or one couple/partner. 

You may NOT share, gift, forward, or distribute the files to: 

  • Friends 
  • Family members 
  • Clients 
  • Colleagues 
  • Groups 
  • Online communities 
  • Social media followers 

If someone else would benefit from the product, please direct them to the UMT Coaching store to purchase their own license. 

5. Use in a Small Business 

If you are a solo entrepreneur, you may use the materials internally within your own business for planning, clarity, and organization. 

However, you may NOT: 

  • Use the materials with clients 
  • Use the materials in coaching sessions 
  • Use the materials in group programs 
  • Provide worksheets or templates to others 

A Commercial License is required for any client-facing or group-facing use. 

6. Intellectual Property Rights 

All UMT Coaching products, including text, templates, worksheets, videos, frameworks, and designs, are protected by copyright law. 

UMT Coaching retains full ownership of all intellectual property. 

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership or grant rights beyond the license described here. 

7. License Violations 

Unauthorized sharing, redistribution, or commercial use violates this agreement and may result in: 

  • Revocation of access 
  • Termination of your license 
  • Legal action if necessary 

We encourage you to honor the spirit of this work and support the creators who invest time, expertise, and heart into these tools. 

8. Refund Policy 

Because digital products are delivered instantly, all sales are final. 

Refunds are only issued for: 

  • Duplicate purchases 
  • Technical issues that cannot be resolved 

Coaching packages follow a separate refund policy outlined on their product pages. 
 

9. Agreement 

By purchasing or downloading any UMT Coaching digital product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this License Agreement.
