What types of products does UMT Coaching offer?
UMT Coaching provides a curated suite of digital and coaching-based tools designed to help you build clarity, confidence, and long-term legacy. Our offerings include ebooks, digital workbooks, templates, video training, coaching sessions, program bundles, and digital gift cards.
Purchasing & Checkout
How do I purchase your packages, services, and digital products?
Simply browse the UMT Coaching Store, select your product, add it to your cart, and complete checkout using Shopify’s secure payment system. Digital products are delivered instantly via email, and coaching packages include a scheduling link.
How do I purchase a UMT Coaching gift card?
Gift cards can be purchased like any other product. After checkout, you’ll receive a digital gift card code via email that can be given as a gift or printed. Gift cards expire 12 months after the date of purchase.
Customization & Personalization
Are your Shopify packages customizable?
Digital products (ebooks, workbooks, templates) are sold as-is. Coaching packages may be customized on a case-by-case basis, and business or team bundles can be tailored upon request. Email info@umtcoaching.com for custom options.
Accessing Digital Products
How do I access my digital products after purchase?
You’ll receive immediate access via:
- A download link on the order confirmation page
- A download email sent to the address used at checkout
- Your UMT Coaching customer account (if created)
How long do I have access to my downloads?
Once you receive your downloadable files to your email, it is your personal file to save on your computer. UMT Coaching has completed their obligation to the process. And no further action will be taken on behalf of UMT Coaching.
What if I didn’t receive my download email?
Check your spam or promotions folder. If it’s not there, email info@umtcoaching.com and we’ll resend it.
Refunds, Exchanges & Policies
What is your refund and exchange policy?
Because digital products are instantly accessible, all digital sales are final. Refunds are only issued for duplicate purchases or unresolved technical issues. Coaching sessions are non-refundable once package or session has been purchased, and unused sessions may be rescheduled with 48-hour notice.
Can I exchange a product?
Digital products cannot be exchanged.

How can I get support if I have issues with a download?
We provide support for download issues. Email info@umtcoaching.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
Updates & Revisions
Are updates included with my purchase?
No. There are no updates and revisions included in your purchase of your digital products. Purchased version is final.
Licensing & Usage Rights
Can I use UMT Coaching products for commercial purposes or share purchased products?
Commercial use requires a Commercial License, which is prohibited.
The purchase of all digital products is only allowed for a Personal Licenses for individual use only and cannot be shared, redistributed, or used with other people.
Can I share my purchase with another person?
No. Each purchase is licensed to one individual or a couple/partner.
Can I use the Personal License for my small business?
Yes. If you are a solo entrepreneur who purchased the product, using the materials in your business is allowed.
Coaching Sessions & Packages
How do I schedule my coaching sessions?
After purchase, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a scheduling link and preparation instructions.
What if I need to reschedule?
You may reschedule up to 48 hours before your session. Missed sessions without notice are considered completed sessions.
Do coaching packages expire?
Yes. Packages must be used within the timeframe listed in the product description (typically 60–90 days).
Gift Cards
How do UMT Coaching gift cards work?
Gift cards are delivered digitally. Gift cards expire 12 months after the date of purchase. Gift cards can be used on any product or service. Redeem them at checkout using the gift card code.
Can I refund a gift card?
Gift cards are non-refundable.
Account & Access
Do I need an account to purchase?
No, but creating an account allows you to track orders.
Can I access my products on multiple devices?
Yes. You may download your files on any device you personally own.
