What types of products does UMT Coaching offer?
UMT Coaching provides a curated suite of digital and coaching-based tools designed to help you build clarity, confidence, and long-term legacy. Our offerings include ebooks, digital workbooks, templates, video training, coaching sessions, and program bundles.
Purchasing & Checkout
How do I purchase your packages, services, and digital products?
Simply browse the UMT Coaching Store, select your product, add it to your cart, and complete checkout using Shopify’s secure payment system. Digital products are delivered instantly via email, and coaching packages include a scheduling link.
Can I buy one of your programs as a gift for someone?
Yes. We do not offer gift cards at this time, and we are always glad to help you give one of our programs as a gift. Please email info@umtcoaching.com to place a special order, and we will take care of the details with you.
Customization & Personalization
Are your Shopify packages customizable?
Digital products (ebooks, workbooks, templates) are sold as-is. Coaching packages may be customized on a case-by-case basis, and business or team bundles can be tailored upon request. Email info@umtcoaching.com for custom options.
Accessing Digital Products
How do I access my digital products after purchase?
You’ll receive immediate access via:
- A download link on the order confirmation page
- A download email sent to the address used at checkout
- Your UMT Coaching customer account (if created)
How long do I have access to my downloads?
Once you receive your downloadable files to your email, it is your personal file to save on your computer. UMT Coaching has completed their obligation to the process. And no further action will be taken on behalf of UMT Coaching.
What if I didn’t receive my download email?
Check your spam or promotions folder. If it’s not there, email info@umtcoaching.com and we’ll resend it.
Refunds, Exchanges & Policies
What is your refund and exchange policy?
Because digital products are instantly accessible, all digital sales are final. Refunds are only issued for duplicate purchases or unresolved technical issues. Coaching sessions are non-refundable once package or session has been purchased, and unused sessions may be rescheduled with 48-hour notice.
Can I exchange a product?
Digital products cannot be exchanged.

How can I get support if I have issues with a download?
We provide support for download issues. Email info@umtcoaching.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
Updates & Revisions
Are updates included with my purchase?
No. There are no updates and revisions included in your purchase of your digital products. Purchased version is final.
Licensing & Usage Rights
Can I use UMT Coaching products for commercial purposes or share purchased products?
Commercial use requires a Commercial License, which is prohibited.
The purchase of all digital products is only allowed for a Personal Licenses for individual use only and cannot be shared, redistributed, or used with other people.
Can I share my purchase with another person?
No. Each purchase is licensed to one individual or a couple/partner.
Can I use the Personal License for my small business?
Yes. If you are a solo entrepreneur who purchased the product, using the materials in your business is allowed.
Coaching Sessions & Packages
How do I schedule my coaching sessions?
After purchase, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a scheduling link and preparation instructions.
What if I need to reschedule?
You may reschedule up to 48 hours before your session. Missed sessions without notice are considered completed sessions.
Do coaching packages expire?
Yes. Packages must be used within the timeframe listed in the product description (typically 60–90 days).
Gifts
Can I give a UMT Coaching program as a gift?
Yes. Gift cards are not available at this time, and gift orders are handled personally. Email info@umtcoaching.com and we will place that special order for you, and make sure your recipient receives everything they need.
Account & Access
Do I need an account to purchase?
No, but creating an account allows you to track orders.
Can I access my products on more than one computer?
You may download and store your files on any computer or laptop you own, and keep them in your own cloud storage. The app itself runs on a Windows or Mac computer or laptop, so that is where you build and update your plan.
The Smart Next of Kin App
What is the Smart Next of Kin App and how do I get it?
The Smart Next of Kin App is your private digital workspace for the Smart Next of Kin Program: JB's welcome video, the full book The Greatest Love Letter with warm voice read aloud, and your 25 step Digital Workbook, all in one file that lives on your own computer and never on the internet. After purchase, SendOwl emails your download link. Download within 24 hours, unzip the folder, and keep everything together in one Legacy Folder on your computer or in your own cloud storage such as OneDrive, Google Drive, iCloud, or Dropbox.
How do I open my app on a laptop or desktop computer?
Open your Legacy Folder and double click Smart Next of Kin App.html. It opens in your web browser (Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Safari) and works completely offline. No internet is required after download.
Can I use the app on my iPad, iPhone, or Android tablet?
No, and that is protection rather than a limitation. Smart Next of Kin runs in the web browser of a Windows or Mac computer or laptop. Phone and tablet browsers cannot reliably hold this much precious information, and one cleanup tap could erase it. Build your plan on your computer, then export your Legacy Plan PDF and keep it in your cloud storage. That PDF opens beautifully on any phone or tablet, so your plan still travels with you.
Why does the app freeze or show only a preview when I tap it on my phone or tablet?
Because phones and tablets are not supported. The window they open is only a preview, and a preview cannot run the app. Nothing is wrong with your app or your information. Open it on your computer, from your Legacy Folder, and use your exported Legacy Plan PDF when you want to check something while you are out.
How do I move my work to another computer?
Each computer keeps its own private copy of what you type, so one small backup file moves your work. Press Back Up on your Dashboard, move the file it creates into your Legacy Folder, then open the app on the other computer and choose Restore my data from a backup file. Everything appears exactly as you left it.
Is my information in the app private?
Completely. The app works offline and nothing you type is ever sent over the internet. UMT Coaching has no ability to see, back up, or retrieve your personal data, and that is by design. Your family's life stays on your family's computer.
